About this art: Amidst quarantine at my parent's house in Colorado, I was inspired by the turbulent Spring weather to play outside a few days during the week leading up to April. Colorado weather is quickly ever-changing, sometimes downright bizarre in nature, and always something that has influenced the way I perceive change in life. This climate is something that I miss while studying in Bloomington, and now that I'm quarantined here I am soaking it in. I find the weather here to be reassuring, because it is never boring, and reminds me that good times rarely last long.
About Ben Garcia: A native of Denver, CO, I completed my undergraduate from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2018, and now I look to complete a master's degree in music from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in 2021. I hold many passions, from the great outdoors and competitive golf, to math and engineering, but music was too important not to study. "
